Festival of Lights

Woodlawn Regional Park’s Festival of Lights is a drive-through Christmas light display created by local businesses and community groups.

Give your float or decorations a second place to shine. Request information when you register below, then arrange your display directly with Woodlawn.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to enter a float?

No. Float registration is free.

Do we have to hand out candy?

Candy is optional. You’re welcome to hand it out, but lights and Christmas spirit are all you need!

Can we enter a sled or toboggan instead of a company float?

Yes! Choose Decorated sled or toboggan when you register. Use outdoor-rated, battery-powered lights, secure lightweight decorations, and keep the rope and runners clear.

Can someone dress as Santa on our float?

Full Santa costumes are reserved for the official parade Santa. Santa hats, elves, reindeer and other festive characters are welcome.

Where do we go to line up?

Float lineup is from 5:00-5:45 p.m. on December 3, with a proposed lineup location on 1st Street. The exact lineup stretch, arrival entrance and final route will be posted here the week before the parade. View the proposed route map.
